NEW UPDATES
Complete interior renovation in 2009. All new plumbing, electrical wiring, lighting fixtures/cans, insulation on exterior walls and ceiling, sheetrock, trim, re-finished wood floors, installed carpet, tile and window blinds. In 2010, new sidewalks, concrete and a fire-pit was added. New seamless coating system for walls and floor of cellar underneath Bunkhouse in 2013. New Fence with drive in gate and walk in gates and converted shed into bunkhouse (ran new electrical service, refinished wood floors, insulated, sheetrock and paint, new trim, new custom glass door, added wood ceiling, new light fixtures in 2015.
